Yes, Paypal is an Ebay company. Thats why ebay recommends payments via Paypal. It is mentioned clearly on Paypal's website.

ebay bought paypal some time back..its real good business tactic though...they make a lot of money since paypal is very popular and used by everyone!

Of course paypal is owned by ebay.One can tell that by just seeing the way ebay recommends the use of paypal

I think both ebay and paypal are owned by amozon. I am not sure, but i think Amazon is controlling over ebay and paypal. Better confirm this information.

Yes this is a Ebay company. I only thing paypal is only owned by eBay only.

Right, Paypal is a sub company of Ebay which is the mother one.
And it is legally registered from U.S.
