Paypal authorities normally take about a week to reply to a email regarding a payment dispute. So mail with this kind of subject will take about a month or so .

Paypal does not care about customer complaints.So we should make a separate thread in this forum and name it Paypal cheats Indians and post your complaints there.Then we can send them the link of the thread.

There should be a error in your account page, dude. Please try to contact paypal and make it clear soon to avoid any problem in future. It's a money issue, so try to act fast.
