Does anyone here had resolved the paypal limited access by the faxing the required documents?
If so I need help from you

It is resolved by verifying your credentials. Its not solved by mailing your docs.

Yes, they limit your account when they see suspicious activity, like change of IP or IP from another country. You need to fax them to get your account back.
