Default paypal fraud tricks

Friends one of the bad problem in paypal is that anyone can get paypal account just with one email id . ok here is what they can do and they are doing : -

Like if you are a buyer and you have paid me $ 20 for that service and the time you receive that service and you are not satisfied and when chargeback that guy through paypal what you will find that their is no money in my account to chargeback you .

Most of the spammers work with 2 paypal account one for receiving payment and after receiving payment they transfer it to second relative account or their own account . beware of this scheme .

I know that exists, but can't we know that some paypal users are not verified if they won't use their credit card? If that is the case, I think it is best not to deal with unverified users.

well you shouldnt hire anyone without checking their reputation, or at least ask for samples or examples of their previous work. Or pay after its done lol.

I think you can check their reputation on Paypal and on other sites where they transact as well. If they can't provide you with previous deals they have done; then you might as well try another seller.

You guys say above that you should check there rep. Well you cant always do that because they could play it smart and take time on it and build a rep then people will trust them and that is how they scam the opposing party. Really hard to trust people on the internet. To bad there wasnt a better way to know how you are doing business with. To easy to lose $xx,xxx

One can easily get high rep by making 100 deals of $2 each but when they plan to scam, they will take 1000$ and run. Its the common trick used by scammers.

Yes. You should always verify their reputation before buying something...
