They just told me that there are fees for business accounts and premium accounts and not for personal accounts.

So that isnt it I guess.

Are you sure about this? Fees are actually higher, the only advantage is that you can receive more credit card payments each month. With a personal you can only receive five, with business and premier... I am not sure!

Also, business and premier accounts can credit their Paypal accounts instantly with more cash using a credit card.

On a business account you can accept debit and credit card payments and all other payments, use Paypak shopping cart and some protection like PayPal Buyer/Seller Protection.

If you think that paypal authorities are responsible enough that for that payment they take full responsibility of caring for their money then i think that its worth it. But never i have heard than a customer has not been harrased by paypal authorities in his dealing with them.

there are many other apart from paypal who can provide the banking business , with a low transaction also , but they are not secure

THe whole 1/3 fee of the transaction is deducted so that your remaining 2/3 of transaction is safe and secure. They do need funds to run their security R&D.

If you have personal paypal account, you can get the paypal funds for free. But, if you have business paypal account, fees is implemented on every received payment and its usually quite high, at least for small payments.
