I have a question ?

What is the maximum time/days a person can chargeback on paypal ?

I believe it is 30 days however, it might be more for a Credit Card. From my memory, paypal gives you 30 days to chargeback, if a product is not what was posted. For credit cards though, I think you have up to 1-3 months to place a chargeback.

No, PayPal protects you upto 45 days after a payment as made. But we know we are still not protected...

Well, I guess he was referring to things like this which could well happen:
PayPal Scam worth 2500$

At the end of the day, it's still better to exercise prudence in online transactions and take safety precautions, instead of relying on the chargeback function.

You can charge back at any time within forty-five days of the transaction. I guess this is a little more secure than american checks!

yes u can charge back your paypal within fouty-five days of paypal, first it was thirty days but now it has been increase to fourty-five days and u can make three claims a year

I did not know that you could only make three claims each year... This is making Paypal pretty insecure! I mean, if your scammed $1,000,000 four times in a year then yer a gonna!

first of all noone makes such a big deal provided they are both business man and carry out business on a regualr basiss! and usually such big deals are never made online instead people meet each other to make such a big deal! i hope u never make such a big deal online
