Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello all, Since I'm fighting PayPal alone for 2 months now I really need to get some support from others. I have sold my World of Warcraft account some time ago. Instead of letting him send money I made a request with the following text: By payment, you signify understanding and acceptance with the following. This is payment for virtual goods and is nonrefundable and not protected by paypal's buyer protection policies. By payment, you acknowledge receipt of goods and satisfaction. You waive right to dispute payment on grounds of receipt, quality, description or any other reason. I thought this was better in case of scams. I also got the IP from this guy trough a mail just in case. It all went fine untill 1 month after the deal, he charged back his money... I've put all information on PayPal about the deal we agreed in the request etc. PayPal pretty much told me I shouldn't worry... Then some days later, he charged back his money by bank or credit card company. PayPal then told me that a 3th party has charged the cash back so PayPal can't do anything for me... My only choices were to show transport papers/info, but I didn't have any since it is a virtual product (account). I didn't agree on it and let it rest, I blocked PayPal mails with the spam about my account etc. I now have -280 on PayPal account because of this and PayPal wants me to send the cash fast or they will take actions against me. In my eyes I'm completely innocent since I made a fair deal and now all of the sudden the account of the buyer was "hacked"... ye sure... Anyway, I lost a product with a value of 300 euro and now I have to pay for it... another 280 euro (20 euro PayPal fee). Can anyone help me here? Yours, Nomad |
