Rep Power: 0 ![]() | PayPal is not yet available in our country got no ideal when will Paypal be available to us. I wonder why is it Paypal is very strict in opening their business doors to other country. Does being a 3rd world country affects the decision of paypal to broaden their business? |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | If I am not mistaken, I think that some of PayPals service providers have something to do with it too. PayPal relies on other services like Mastercard, Visa and Banking services in order to operate. So PayPal also has terms they must follow as well, and some of these services forbid certain countries. |
