Alertpay is another good pp. I liked their service and rates as well. But since I am a new alertpal user I won't gurantee but still feels it can be the best alternative to Paypal in the nearby future.

I never tried alertpay. So, can' realy comment. Other than Egold, there is no other good alternative.
