Default Pay PayPal fees email....
Hello,

Did any of you got an email from PayPal claiming paypal fees payment? It asked about 1.99 to be paid. Of course I didn't paid it, but it's very strange. It was sent to one of my personal email addresses that wasn't registered at PayPal, so I didn't know how I got it.

Any idea guys, did this happened to you?

That is a phishing attempt. Forward it to your email provider, block the email address and move on.
