I have yet to see any fees for my paypal account, even when people send me money.

Maybe its only for money transfers to my bank and back

No it cannot be billed. The fees will be deduced at PayPal itself. When you transfer the money, you will have only details for the money you got from PP in your bank. But I think, PP also requires some money as it is a business for them. So we have to bear it...

I agree that their fees aren't that reasonable, but it depends on how you're receiving the money. I think the way it works is that if you're receiving money that's in the customer's balance already, you don't get a fee, whereas if they are paying you via their credit card for instance through PayPal, a fee does occur. Most of the time I get charged the fee though which sucks but I got used to it, and give prices with that in mind.

It completely depends on the type of transaction. If you are receiving the fund via credit card tranfer then Paypal will obviously charge you. In rest of the case the fee is zero.

I think fee is fare enough. If you are not willing to pay the fees ask the buyer to make the payment only through his paypal account not credit card.

yes I have to do. On the small purchase sometimes, if the buyer pays via cc then my profit of margin may reduce as per the c.p of the stuff . So i make this point clear before any transaction.

No, I would make clear to the buyer that I will accept payment only through paypal account, no other resource like credit card.... so free from being charged...
