No, I don't think it is really fare enough. For lower amount of transcation, the seller is left with nothing when the money is transferred via credit card. Users sometimes ends up making no money at all.

I won't complain about the paypal fees. Paypal fees is okay. If the user is aware of all the different account and all other fee relatedd issue, then he/she won't face end up paying extra.

Paypal fees are reasonable. Besides paypal has provided different account facility for user as per their transaction requirement in order to make the fee reasonable.

WHy not state to the buyer about the mode of payment ?? Ask the buyer not to pay via credit card if the amount is too low.

Ya that can be done but still I think for small amount the seller end up with very little profit.

That's what I do in my business. If the buyer is not willing to pay the mode I prefer, he has to bear the additional transaction fee.
