my credit card blocked by paypal.how i can activate my credit to pay pal???

i m new to pay pal.i create pay pal account and enter my credit card to pay pal..
also i have to varified my credit card.becz i want to send US$150 using pay pal..
there for i enter my exapanced use number..bt my credit card monthly statment still didnt dilivert to my home trgh mail.
there for i get my expanced use number calling to credit card center..
bt that exapanced number wrong..i enter that number 3 times..
and after paypal reject my credit card..it was mistake,,i didnt know abt paypal procedure..
bt now unfortunatly i cant enter that credit card again to any paypal account?
plzz,,, help me what can i do for solve that problem??
how i can activate again my credit card to use paypal..
plzz help meee,,
I can supply all credit card details to paypal including its PIN.

It's hard to read all of that and understand it.
First of all, what exactly is "exapanced"?

From little i could understand from what you have typed here, i will try to help you. First of all paypal cannot block your credit card but can only accept or reject your credit card to verify it. You don't have to worry about paypal blocking your credit card. Only your credit card company can block or unblock it. And also give the details of the credit card to paypal correctly to make your paypal account verified!
