Is ICICI debit card valid for paypal?
or
Any other debit card issued by Indian bank is valid on paypal?

Currently i have to wait long for paypal cheque and dont have CC

I think by 'valid' you mean acceptable to verify yourself, if thats the case then the answer is no, you cannot use a debit card to verify yourself, you need to have a credit card.

so far as i know international debit card with Visa symbol on it is acceptable.

As far as I am aware, any debt/credit card is valid so long as you have at least $3 USD loaded on it!

any internationally accepted credit card is valid for Paypal if it has visa written on it.

I want to receive some payment from USA through paypal for my Export Business. Can you tell me that can i use Punjab National Bank Maestro Debit card for verifying my Paypal account. If not, then please tell me the other ways.

paypal now stated bank withdrawl to indian bank and it makes deposti within 5 days so no need for any cheque or debit card as now money trasfer to bank is instant all you need to know is IBAN no which is written on your cheque book leaf

I have account in Punjab National Bank which is not in that list of Indian Banks. I also can't use Xoom.com because Xoom supports only non-commercial transactions.
That's why, i want to know abt debit cards.

No, you cannot use indian debit card for verifying your paypal account. But if you want to withdraw money from paypal, you can use your icici bank account to do it. Now, they have introduced it. But to verify your paypal, you need to have a credit card.
