one of the hiccup with paypal is that it isnt that much easy to transfer our bucks to other banks online. It should be helped out.Also instead of issuing a credit card they can go for a secured system of issuing virtual credit cards which are more securable and makes transaction more reliable and safe.

Superb suggestions, I too support this suggestions, the first thing is my favorite of all. Paypal, should provide Direct bank transfer to every paypal countries. It will be very helpful to the users and the minimum payout amount should be reduced to $100.
