i dont think any kind of risk is involved dealing with that fake paypal unless u know that person person properly , if its found that person is using fake address for paypal his account will be banned nothing will happen to your account! but its always better to be on safe side

I doubt that your account will be safe! After all, if the person has money in the account that they have earned and they have then created an incentive or something... That incentive would be illegal, wouldn't it?

If there is a risk or not in it, we should always make sure that the people we are transacting with in Paypal or whatever site it may be online; we should always check their reputation and you should always keep records of your businesses online.

As long as your not recieving any payments to your paypal account then if they close his account then really there is not much of a risk of anything happening. Although not recommended as everyone else said.

Appearing as suspicious account on PayPal will only get you in trouble. And if PayPal will find out about it, your account might even get closed. Even as a seller, I won't do business with you without any verification from PayPal.

Using fake ids can lend you in a lot of trouble. Moreover you cant withdraw money because they will send the money to the address you provide. That will worsen his problem and his account will be banned. He will lose all the hard earned cash.

Although it is illegal to use suck an account. But it is safe to use it unless your money in it and your access is freezed. The paypal authorities earn a lot of moolah by this.
