Exchangee paypal with other processors

I want to trade my paypal with other options like E-gold etc. Is it possible and how?

Paypal would ban your account if they find out that you are engaged in money exchanges because it is against their TOS. You'll have to find someone really trusted to do that for you.

You coud contact your friends who may be having account in both the processors. They may exchange your one denomination to another. There any many such forums wehre people out of courtesy exchange between different type of processors.
