How do i use the pay pa;l account to directly transfer the amount to my debit card

it depends, for my bank debit card i put it straight into my bank account then i use the debit card to retrieve it.

You can add your debit card if it has Master Card or Visa logo instead of credit card in paypal...

It also depends on your country. For example, if I am not wrong, they only option for Indian users is to withdraw using a check in Indian rupees.

You can do it directly from paypal, but you can use some money broker sites like XOOM to do this for you. I am trying this xoom for over months, they are very fast and always make the secure transaction. You too can track your transaction anytime. Better go with XOOM.com
