Are there any fees such that paypal charges with the other merchants on the internet? I don't mind the payal fees, but sometimes they get annoying!

They neither allow trading with paypal currencies with other nor do have any such charges on trading with the paypal currency.

I don't get your question. There is no connection between paypal and other payment processors on the internet so what are you comparing here? or Am I missing something?

I think he is talking about exchanging paypal to other payment processors. I think dude that is not allowed as stated in paypal`s TOS.
