Countries other than U.S have no balance limits but outside U.s there are balance limit problems why is that ?
and what are the balance limits outside U.S ?

I think that they have limits everywhere. I don't see why they wouldn't. That helps them regulate things.

Yes, there is a limit on all accounts depending on of your status like verified, non-verified etc. It's limit on spending money only though.
