I also always get some emails like that. I weird because even i not have some payment processor like moneygram or western union, they still keep email me about that information by telling me i need to login my account. I know its phishing mail. So, i leave it. Even i want to do that, i can't. Why? I really don't have that account..

This is not with PayPal only but none of the payment processors requires your personal information through a mail. This is one of the oldest way of scaming and still many people are unaware of it.

I receive around 2 to 3 mails with similar theme daily claiming to update my personal info and also to verify a payment which was just sent by an user. Or to confirm an erroneous payment that I received now! The best thing to do with such emails is to just avoid it.
