Paypal always tells that they will never ever send a live login link with their e-mails so these e-mails are useless.

There have been a lot of fraudulent emails supposedly sent by PayPal, I have heard many stories of people opening official emails sent by PayPal only to discover that they are a scam.

People have had money withdrawn from their accounts because they replied to this fraudulent email and gave personal details.

It is common knowledge that no Bank, Payment company will ever ask you to give your personal details online.

If you are not expecting an email from a particular Bank or payment company do not open it, if it was genuine they will find an alternative way to contact you.

I haven't received any emails like this, but thanks for letting us know about that. Be aware about what you are clicking when you are online, you can get scammed and don't realize it until it's already done.

I do recieve similar mails. But with a little attention you can easily figure out that the mails are auto generated and totally spam. Paypal never embedds link into its mails. You have to login manually for accessing your account.

I receive such scam e-mails almost every week but luckily I have never followed their links. I noticed that all the e-mails did not address me using my name. That is the most obvious sign that they are not genuine at all.

I receive around 100s of such emails in my mail id daily and i never open such mails at all. The best way to tackle such scams is to avoid them without any hesitation. Paypal does not send live links in their email nowadays and btw why did u put up a live link for that?!
