Western Union and MoneyBooker are too good enough but again beware of their chargeback policies.

I don't think there is any alternative as good as Paypal. However I think MONEYBOOKER is good .

Try alertpay.com. I have been with them for sometime and never had any issues. Their service is all similar to paypal and can be used as an alernative whenever required.

I think alertpay is another good pp. It provide all the services like paypal and accepted widely.
