Default adult purchases and paypal

I have never had any issue with paypal. I have heard all the horror stories and relistically know that things happen but luckily my transactions have been smooth.

But the thing that bothers me the most about paypal and even more so now that ebay owns them is the adult purchases. Years ago when paypal said no-one could use paypal any longer for transactions regarding "adult" material, I wasn't against it BUT it is not enforced any longer.

At the time, everybody dealing on ebay went scrambling and looked for a new solution. Now if you go to ebay, almost every adult related website, book, anything is paid with paypal.

I know the world is not perfect but these guys are scammers using both ebay and not selling in the adult section and also using paypal to process and nobody shuts them down.

Everything has loop holes in it. Its a matter of time before they get notice of it and ban it.

Thats only because Paypal hasn't noticed it yet. Currency exchanges are also banned but people still do it and whenever Paypal finds out, they freezes the violator's account.
