Default Neterminator a scam?

I want to know, if any one has earned out of any of the PPC or any other method. I started using NETERMINATOR and few other ones for few days. Then i started searching web to know if any one is ever paid and i found out that none have been paid yet and most of them have upgraded there accounts to premium and are waiting for 60 days to get over, as after 60 days they can start selling credits.

Default let me explaine

neterminator doesn,t exist anymore but the system that was build around it is still functioning.
neterminator is what is called a traffic brooker and does nothing more than exchange traffic from one user to another.
When you use ougo with such a system it wil generate clicks on youre ppc's.
The problem with this system is that the traffic generated then was heavly polluted, to fix this the project was abandoned. (shame made me a lot of money)
But after a few months a new traffic brooker appeard and so it goes on but now we can guaranty that a ppc will get quality traffic only on click per unique ip per day.
It is to much to explaine the exact details here but if you are intrested take a look: Ougo a guide to an automated income
it's free and perhaps you learn something
