Default Kanoodle click fraud

I have around 5,000 USD against my business from 1.5 months worth of click fraud. I usually get charged 50 per couple of months. I contacted Kanoodle, then they responded that the research takes 8 days. I then called back 20 days later and they haven't started the investigation yet. They emailed me to say that it will take a little longer. It has been about 30 days since I contected Kanoodle initially. I emailed a follow up today, but I am getting nervous.
Is this a case where I should do a chargeback? Has anyone done a successful chargeback against click fraud? HOw long should I wait to try to resolve my case with Kanoodle?

I've never been a victim of click fraud personally, but I would suggest calling your credit card company and asking them what the time limit on a chargeback is.

If you have plenty of time left, then write to Kanoodle and tell them they have X days left to sort this out. If you don't hear from them after however many days you give them, then start the chargeback.

That way, they can't complain you haven't given them a fair chance to resolve it.
