Default can we detect a fraud?

I just want to know, that can we detect the fraud , can we catch hold of tghe culprit at the right time so that fraud doesn't happen. Is their any such prevention?

i think the best method is to be careful and also read online scam alert sites...that would be the best..

Research research and more research of sites and their reuputation especially if it's asking for money right up front.

Yes, you can detect the fraud, as you just have to be very careful and just keep an eye on the online scam alert sites. I think it would be quite helpful to you.

yes we can certainly catch frauds, there are so many sites giving these services and i think their services are of great help while tackling with frauds. Here are some sites.
