Google will not pay. Google is usually addament about these decisions. He will probrably not get unbanned so... Nope... he will not get payment.

Oh..that one is google nightmare, thats the worst one can think of. You aare banned forever, until you have good enough reasons to defend yourself. If banned you will end up loosing all you money. Good luck.

I think the problem with the Google so I have never worked for them. Although my friends do work for them but they have to be very careful with their jobs.

He won't get back his account, his hard earned money is gone. The worst part is Google does not even properly tell you what was wrong and what is the solution for this.

It is very hard to fight againt Google.........Because they are very hard with their rules.They rarely listem customers claim.However you must suggest your friend..to claim his earning.

once you get banned in google you will not get any money if they have dispatched the check than you can sah it out but a banned account holder does not receive checks

I banned twice by google. Even that is because not from my fault but I dont have any evidence to defence myself. Very bad when my second aplication by using my wife particular also been banned by them even I never use the syndication yet. Thats make me a bit dissapointed with google.

You can only prevent a ban if you notice it at time in your Adsense report, if you see some "un-natural" clicks growing, send inmediatly a ticket support to google, that can make the difference.

Definitely make sure you have some way of tracking your clicks. I was banned about a year and half ago. They still sent me my $100 check and guess what? My dog ate it - literally. Well most of it was intact but uncashable. Of course, they would not cancel it and send another since they had decided I had click fraud. Um, no. Well not any of my doing anyways.
