Default # of Accounts

I've heard of different people create thousands of MySpace accounts for themselves to use and then to sell their accounts because they have "thousands" of friends but of course are all fake. What can be done to stop this?

First of all you should reorganize the post, it took a few minutes to understand comprehend your poor sentence structure. As to your question nothing can be done stop it because it's to late to do anything.

It takes a lot of effort to create myspace accounts and I do know people who create accounts to sell spam bulletins or use them as PR directories.

Thanks for your post but I don't think it needs to be re-organized at all.

I believe there was a script or some site that did it automatically for you.

You could always report them but you need solid proof of your allegations and that's pretty hard to come by.

If someone needed to go through all that time and effort to be slammed eventually. I say let them have at it. because it is usually a matter of time before they are caught.

I don't see how this is a problem. If you are able to use Myspace as a marketing tool then good for you, but it is up to Myspace to find a way to control the spam. They are a billion dollar company and have gotten lazy.

there are many auto-account-creator-programms out there. myspace is such a big business because of the friend-adders.

There are tons of adder-scripts out there but "Tom" has a way of finding out when they are being used. It's real creepy.
