One big difference is tha Moneybookers accepts international members. Paypal's country coverage is limited so it appears that only those sacred cows can get hold of Paypal accounts.

Moneybookers offers a merchant account like Paypal. Only that it's rate is significantly higher pegged at 8% per transaction. I'm referring to its credit card/debit card payment gateway. Moneybookers offers chargeback guarantee.

There's not much difference in Paypal and MoneyBookers other than that Paypal is more popular as compared to MoneyBookers. Also the sender has to bear the fees in MB which is opposite in Paypal.

MB is not that different from Paypal only that Paypal is supported in more countries.
You will not have any difficulties switching to MB.

Moneybookers supports international users better than paypal but paypal has wide usage on the net so that it`ll take some time for moneybookers to be popular like paypal.I`ve both accounts and they are similar for usage.

Moneybookers allows more countries to sign up for an account, while countries where PayPal is accept are limited.
Anyway, I have tried moneybookers but I don't like it since it's a cheap payment system for european people, but charges/fees for international members are higher than PayPal ones.
