I prefer paypal because moneybookers didn't accept my country...

Paypal is obviously the best. Moneybooker chargeback policy has big flaws.

I ma using paypal for year and am quite satisfied with the service. It is accepted everywhere I need , so for me Paypal is the best.

There is no doubt, Paypal. Paypal is better than all other PP programs. So, it is the best.

I think paypal is better, they have tighter security, and also constantly monitor account activities every time, so if there is suspicious activity, they will immediately restrict the account.

Be careful what you use PayPal for, read the fine print and make SURE that you are compliant! Have heard of several adult content merchants having their money frozen for failure to comply....

Do not go with moneybookers because they are only too Happy to take your Money But give it back thats another scenerio. Paypal seems to be ok so far I haven't had any Mishaps with them yet.
