I don't think there will ever be seller protection offered.
In terms of ease of transferring money in and out of account, I would say MB is as good as paypal.
However, when it comes to popularity, I guess paypal wins hands down.

I believe there are some areas in which moneybookers has an edge over the other online currencies.
The betting industry would be a prime example.

I think Paypal is best, it has the most users so you dont have to worry too much about payment methods, and it has a very good reputation.

I opened an account a moneybookers and transfered some money to my GF in Thailand, after two months she's still waiting the money, they don't allow to transfer the money at the bank account of my GF, she tried all the way to verify her address as they ask for ... protection? safety? antiterrorism?... the amount transferred is around only 100 $ , some money is lost in the site in many kind of stupid way to transfer it. I suggest to not use this site cos is really not serious and assistance is not good.
