Just like paypal, MoneyBookers also doesn't allow currency exchanges among different online payment processors so if you don't want to risk your account, please respect the TOS

All the payment processors do not allow you to trade money.It is a risk that I will not take if I was you.

I agree with above but if you have trusted friend, you can ask them to do it for you. Just don't mention anything about currency exchange in the notes. I don't recommend it though because it is illegal.
