I have noticed that while sending money, you can not know the name of the person whom you are sending money which is total opposite to Paypal. Is there anyway to know the name? I want to know to verify identities.
No you can not know it by default. However, if you are victim of fraud, you can email MoneyBookers and ask for that person details but I'm not sure if it is accordance to their terms to provide this info.
you will not be in a position to know it. but if you have been victimised then you can report it to the admin wherein he will be alerted and could help you out.
