Avs - Cvv It sounds like some of you are confusing AVS with Payer Authentication. Payer Authentication requires an extra step for the customer, AVS does not - they've already input their address.
If you don't use AVS you have no idea if you are sending to the real card holder.
If you don't use CVV you have no idea if you are sending to the real card holder.
If you're selling on-line, you'd better use both.
