As part of our continued effort to provide our members with the tools necessary to fight online fraud and chargebacks, we are releasing publicly our database of over 3,000,000,000 ip to country records.

Database Includes:

apcnic - 13,423 records accounting for 368,490,129 ip's
arin - 38,436 records accounting for 1,548,172,252 ip's
lacnic - 1,856 records accounting for 53,816,000 ip's
ripencc - 24,524 records accounting for 462,619,645 ip's
afrinic - 1,103 records accounting for 14,953,393 ip's
iana 47 records accounting for 605,422,545 ip's

Last Update: March 14, 2007
List Count: 3,053,473,964

This is actually a global ip to country list. This includes everyone online so if you manage to bann all 3 Billion IP's probably won't get a lot of sales

We will be coming out with a bad ip list shortly!

wow this is a veyr large list that will benefit alot of people...What countries do you suggest banning...I own a proxy site so I am going to ban Iran from most of my sites....Thx

what purpose would this list of ip address to country mapping solve? any use for me i am a website admin

Several sites use IP to Country resources. This helps prevent fraud, block out specific countries and identify the users legitimacy.
