As part of our continued effort to provide our members with the tools necessary to fight online fraud and chargebacks, we are releasing publicly our database of over 25,000 high risk email domains.

Please be aware that we are not making a judgment call on the legitimacy of these domains and suggest that you take precautions with your orders whether a domain is on this list or not, this list should simply server as a guide to your online business activity.

hahaha. Well, maybe but these are confirmed chargebacks. Every domain listed has more than a few chargebacks associated with it.

May be. But with my research, I've found that .ru domains are mostly used from the scammers and I hope they dont move to any other. I've banned .ru domains totally from my site from registering!

With these particular domains is there also a unique range of ip addresses? This can help to filter out the fraudulent scammers as well.

.ru is a very risky domain; it is the public domain for Russia which accounts for a high percentage of the fraud committed on the internet.

I would strongly suggest against doing any business with anything ".ru"...just not worth it when there is billions of other people out there!
