how can I use these domain names to see which Domain has sent me the email as the list is quite huge so it has just overwhelmed me. Please send some software too for using this domain list.

I'm not sure of the question you're asking. You want to know how to find out who is sending you spam mail?

I know the .ru domains were the major senders of child pornography spam, too. It really is like the Wild West there now.
