Is there a similar entity like Better Business Bureau (BBB) whose coverage is worldwide? This should be a boost to merchants and consumers though it may not be ultimate response to fraud.

Hmm..., I only knew about the Better Business Bureau and it's also from my closer friend! I think there maybe some other similar sites out there that have the similarity like this BBB, but I'm just not too sure.
