Rep Power: 0 ![]() | There were some merchants where they will buy papal accounts from somebody and will use that to send money for the service and after sometime they will claim that money stating some reason and hence we will have no choice to refund the amount, else paypal will penalize us, this is a new way of cheating! |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | What are they sending the money for? What kind of service? If you are receiving money you don't know about, then you should refund it. The merchant can only dispute after 30 or so days. If they don't, the dispute is void. |
