Wrong description is often posted by sellers, sometimes they sell laptop configuration book and people mistake them as real laptops. I'm not joking because I have seen an auction like this.

Ya me too had sour experience by buying a product. When i bought that it worked properly after few days it went down. Then i realized that the product was illegal. So do not fall to false adds...

I don't recommend buying video games off the ebay, the obvious reason is it do not carry any warranty.

Well it depends on the description on the auction. Do you still have the link? Did it say Emulator? Well even though the thing he was doing is illegal selling emulators off eBay, no matter what you can still report him for selling illegal stuff off eBay.
