There are usually different ways to do these, such as making links hidden and the purpose is to merely just cause traffic to your site. There are black hat methods, just try to add up in this thread. ![]() |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | One of the methods of black hat SEO is ALT Tag Stuffing A Normal Alt Tag image src=file.jpg alt="nice picture" A Stuffed Alt Tag image src=file.jpg alt="SPAMMY words that you use to increase the keyword or word count on your page without anyone really realizing that you did anything like this and that has nothing to do with your web site like mesothelioma and lawyer because those are both high cost words in Google Adsense" The stuffed alt tag is invisible to users, but visible to search engines. When they build out the index of words found on your web site, those stuffed tags get added to your word count as something relevant to your web site. Google will Drop your site from the index for doing this. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | About the alt tag stuffing - what really is spamming and what is legit. I mean I have read that the better the description, the easier it is for the disabled to use your website. I can't see why that would be black hat (although I agree if it doesn't match your content, it would be) |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | Some people get content from other sites and translate it to another language by using Altavista translation and then translate it back to English. The content of course changes a little because no auto translator is perfect. So they post unique content on their site but it is worthless for a visitor.
