I have never had an issue with Overstock at all. It seems like you were a little unlucky in your situation though. Have you purchased things from Overstock since?

Why did you mentioned the Transaction ID to the PayPay, they might habe help you, because thats the only proof you have. Really bad to hear that time went off....before you could claim it.

I have never bought anything threw overstock, but this does not sound good for their rep. A lot of people have bought there now because of all the ads going on, you think that they would make this right! Just keep hounding them about it!

You should have claimed a dispute through paypal. They would have certainly returned your money under their 2k money back gurantee.

Did you show them proof of payment through your Paypal records? Maybe you could open up another claim.

Provide them transaction ID and if they still deny, contact paypal and ask them to reverse that transaction because the seller didn't receive it. Do send them seller emails for proof.

I happen to like a lot of the stuff on Overstock.com and was thinking about purchasing from them. I have not really heard too much negative stuff about them.

As stated above, though, file your complaint with PayPal. It is on Overstock to prove that the item/s was/were delivered or PayPal will issue a reversal and you will be credited your money back.
