Have you tried AdWords? If not, search for websites of your niche by going to Google or your favourite SE and contact the webmasters of the sites you're interested in.

there is a lot of competition in providing the traffic on the internet. just look for it in google and you will get a lot of option and budget to choose from.

You got to build links up to get good, populer, build backlinks, submissions, etc.

After about 3 months of doing this constantly, your website will be pretty much active (Y)!

Google Adwords is definitely the way to go. Tons of sites to advertise on, and tons of people clicking ads. You could also try paid blog reviews, but Google seems to be cracking down on this type of advertising.

Actually, too many free advertising you can use. BUt if you want to use your money to get fast traffic. You can use YSM or adword. Its also worth but you need to play with keyword to compete with others people ads. So, its up to you. I'm fine with forum and blog marketing.

Paid advertising is good to make more traffic go to your website if you have budget. If not you can promote your site by forum and make the people do the digging for your site. Its can make more traffic comes to your site

The best and easy and simple way to move forward would be through google adwords and/or other similar ppc ad clients, like msn adcenter, ypn, etc.
