I just visited the website and am interested in finding out more.
It seems like they don't offer targetting by age group though, which I feel is very important, especially if you are into affiliate marketing.

I do not think that this really works.Basically you are getting a lot of traffic and this does not mean that they will be buying something from your site.
I do not think that you will make a lot of money from this.
Anyway that's my opinion and may be wrong.

Did you make sure those visitors are unique ? You should always check that !!
Best way is to have an ad running on a website for a certain timeframe. Preferable a banner, this way people will see what they visit and so are more targeted.
