These kind of offers usually result in not so good traffic. Just a bunch of meaningless rotations through a network of other sites.

I dont think those are unique visitors, they all provide junk traffic for your site. It wont work. dont buy cheap traffic.

i have never bought traffic ... but 5000 for 5 bucks sounds interesting. depends on the location of the visitors .. but you can make some money of it.
