Default Wordpress Themes
Do any of you use wordpress, and if so, how do you design your themes? I am in need of a wordpress theme, but I know nothing about designing one from scratch.

Also are there any recommended designers that do exclusive themes for wordpress?

I use wordpress for adsense arbitrage, although not much any more, it's too risky now that google has hammered other people for it!

how can you use wordpress for adsense arbitrage??? do you use auto-rss generation?

Check with Wordpress.org. It has an array of free themes which you can use for your site. Or search it online.

In my case I, I use a theme which I like. From this theme, I make the necessary customization.

I just download my themes off random websites, I really can't be bothered designing my own theme out of CSS. Although, my friend does do his own themes, his e-mail is woleach@gmail.com if you want to contact him

For wordpress you can download so many ready made theme and also very nice plugin too. If you want monetize your site, might be looking something with adsense ready. Just google it and you'll find so many free theme out there.
