PR stands for Page Ranking. Its a system of rating page quality developed by Google. PR depends on various things like SEO done, Domain age, link development and some importantly content of the site. Google loves content and typically unique content. Build up new and good quality content. Try getting lesser errors in your coding. It will certainly help you in PR.
