Who here has a high page rank with google? I currently have been stuck at pr3 forever. You have to have a lot of backlinks to get higher!

I have a few PR 5s and one PR 6, what I've used for backlinks is a free tool from SiteSell, called Value Exchange.

Here's a hint, don't call your links page "links.html", call it "resources" or ", good sites", anything but "links".
If your backlinks are very specific to your site theme, call it "theme_resources", so for a fishing related site, call it "fishing_resources.html"
