Hi,
Yes,I think the google image search is good and the speed is also better.The image search has to get to download the pictures but the image search speed is good.The images are many and we can select the images as many pages are available.

Google image search is better and very user friendly.It also has some filters very useful for people to besaved from bad materials.

i think if we just talk about image search alta vista is better with results ....!!

I have use Altavista many times and found that Altavista gives better result in image searching. I do not say that Google is poor but Altavista slightly better then Google in image search.
